Portable Peristaltic Pump

• The portable peristaltic pump is powered by an internal battery or 120 VAC connection. Max flow is 6 Liters / Minute. Battery is quickly charged when plugged in and switched OFF.
• The pump will operate for 40 minutes on a single charge at max flow rate. Requires just 30 minutes to recharge the battery.
• RolaTec hose pumps have a rotor with 4 rollers to progressively squeeze tubing to produce flow. Fluid travels through just the interior of the tubing without wetting other peristaltic pump components.
• Some of the uses include shallow well sampling (25 ft. of lift), chemical dispensing and abrasive slurry transfer.
• Variable Flow Control for dispensing inks, paints, glues, corrosive chemicals and sterile fluids. 80-400 RPM continuous duty drive. Repeatable to within 5%
• Quick peristaltic tubing replacement. No tools are required. Simply insert tubing and close the hood. Spring loaded V-Clamps grip the exterior portion of the tubing to secure it during operation.

Removable Rotor for Cleaning

• Rinse the removed rotor with warm water and dry it with forced air before replacing.

• Is self priming with a maximum lift of 25 feet making it excellent for collecting samples from barrels, tanks and wells. Meets EPA flow requirements of at least 2 feet per second transfer velocity
• Delivers 0.6 - 6.0 LPM depending upon I.D of the tubing and flow setting.
• Standard rotor will maintain set flow rates up to 20 psi head pressure for 1/8" wall tubing.
• 7.2 Ah sealed lead acid battery that can provide enough energy to transfer 6 LPM of water for 40 minutes at room temperature.

• Takes only 30 minutes to charge the internal battery. Circuitry senses a fully charged battery and limits excessive current. An indicator light displays rapid or float stages of charging.
• Fan cooled aluminum enclosure with a powder coated paint finish. The unit is vented on the bottom so is only splash resistant from above.
• Optional Pump Head with Spring Loaded Rollers that will accept tubes with 1/16" to 1/8" wall thickness. Used for low pressure fluid transfer applications, where battery life is critical. Increases battery operation from 40 minutes to 45 minutes and the pump will operate in a quieter manner. (Add $20.00 to the total price of package)
